I love waking up to a reminder that it is the most wonderful time of the year!
If you haven’t decorated your bedroom for Christmas, you should definitely try it this holiday season! It makes the room so cozy and comforting. I love waking up and seeing all of the festive decor. It makes me feel like I am living in a Hallmark Christmas movie.
Here is a look at my classic Christmas bedroom decor. I really wanted to use the traditional Christmas colors, red and green for my bedroom this year, and I added some black accents.
I love this green emerald tufted comforter with Christmas throw pillows. Can you really ever have too many throw pillows…. (don’t ask my husband that! Haha). I love to save money by using pillow covers instead of purchasing new pillows each season.
These plaid pillow covers were perfect, and exactly the look I was going for, and the JOY pillow is so cute!
I really loved the thought of adding a decorated Christmas tree to my bedroom decor. I found this 6′ faux Christmas tree and thought it was the perfect size….not too big and not too small for my bedroom. I decorated this one in classic Christmas colors.
I have these beautiful black velvet chairs that I inherited and wanted to find a way to incorporate them into my Christmas bedroom decor. I added a cozy blanket and a couple of decorative pillows, and made a festive sitting area. I added a garland to the mantle, and an arrangement that I made to match.
I have had this nativity set for years and it means so much to me. I think I found the perfect place for it this year! I always want to be reminded of the true meaning of Christmas.
The other rooms in my house are whimsical and fun, but I really wanted this one to have a classic feel. I added a few sentimental Christmas items to make it personal.
I love this sweet little village that I have on my bedside table.
I hope you have enjoyed taking a look at my classic Christmas bedroom decor. I love waking up to the sweet reminder that it is the most wonderful time of the year. If you decorate your bedroom for Christmas let me know!
