DIY Paper Flowers are so fun to make, and are the PERFECT decoration for parties, baby showers and weddings!
I absolutely love the look of paper flowers, but I don’t love the price of them. We bought several large paper flowers a while back to use as part of our “set” for when we film our Flower Friday Show, and the large paper flowers were around $25 each (ON SALE) at Hobby Lobby.
We knew there had to be a way to make them for a fraction of the cost. We played with some ideas and tried a few techniques, until we were able to basically re-create (ours are a little different) the high dollar ones we bought from the craft store. I think they turned out great, and honestly, I think they look just as good as the ones we spent so much money on.
You can make DIY paper flowers in whatever colors you like, and you only need a few simple materials. We chose to use bright, vibrant colors, for our Flower Friday Show set, but these paper flowers will be really pretty in pastel colors too.
