Yummy simmer pot recipe that will make your house smell AMAZING

You will typically start to smell the scent after about 15-20 minutes of simmering. You will want to check on your simmer pot periodically. The water will begin to evaporate, so you may need to add more water every now and again, based on how long you want to continue simmeringt. I like to check mine every 2 hours or so and add more water if needed. The scent will still remain, even after new water is added.
