This low carb pizza made with fathead crust tastes great, is very simple to make, and it’s keto friendly too.
We are a family of pizza lovers. Seriously, my family could eat it three or four nights a week and never get tired of it. When we started our low carb lifestyle, pizza was one of the foods I missed the most, but this low carb pizza recipe is so good, I don’t even miss “regular” pizza. In fact, my family says it is even better than the real thing.
I make two of these low carb pizzas every week. I typically add ground hamburger meat and pepperoni and make a low carb meat-lovers pizza. Every now and then I will add toppings like peppers and black olives, and sometimes I will stick with just a low carb pepperoni pizza.

Low Carb Pizza with Fathead Crust Recipe
Low Carb Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 3/4 Cup Almond Flour
- 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/4 Cup Pizza Sauce
- 1/2 Pound Ground Beef
- 1 Package Pepperoni
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, almond flour, and garlic powder in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 2 minutes. (I like to check and stir every 30 seconds). Combine egg, stir well, and form dough into a ball.
Place a piece of parchment paper onto a baking pan and place dough on the parchment paper. The dough will be very sticky. You can rub a small amount of olive oil on your hands to help counteract some of the stickiness. Pat the dough evenly into place and use a fork to poke holes in the dough.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes
Brown ground beef
Add pizza sauce, ground beef, pepperoni, remaining mozzarella cheese and any other toppings
Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes
