Here is what you will need to make this cream cheese ball:
16 ounces of cream cheese (softened)
Dry Ranch Mix (1 packet or 2 heaping tablespoonfuls)
Mix together cream cheese, ranch mix and chopped green olives until smooth (you can use an electric mixer to mix ingredients).
Form mixture into a ball.
Put chopped pecans on a plate and roll cream cheese ball making sure that pecans cover the cheese ball evenly.
Wrap cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve on a platter with crackers or veggie sticks, dig in, and ENJOY!
