If you want to make a beautiful wreath on a budget, then this is the project for you! You can make a coffee filter wreath for around $5 with just a couple of materials. It is simple to make and is a great party decoration. I think these are so cute for wedding showers and baby showers. You can make the wreaths classic white, or you can get fancy and use dyed coffee filters. Here are instructions on how to dye coffee filters like the ones in this wreath. - Repeat – over and over again!
Let Me show you exactly how it is done!
The first thing you will need to do to make a coffee filter wreath is to flatten out all of your coffee filters.
Next, fold the coffee filter in half, and then half again.
Place a small amount of hot glue on the bottom point of your folded coffee filter and glue to your wreath form.
Glue three or four filters to the wreath form. If you are using dyed coffee filters you will need to alternate two or three of each color. Be sure to glue each filter up closely against the previous filter.
Next, use your fingers to crinkle and bunch up the filters.
Repeat over and over until you have the entire wreath covered with coffee filters.
There you have it! An easy coffee wreath that is great to use for parties, showers and home decor. This wreath costs around $5 to make. You can get coffee filters at Dollar Tree and I have even found wreath forms there too. Let us know what you think of this crafty project.
