My oldest daughter, Stella, wanted a Halloween themed birthday party for her fifth birthday, and since I am always up for a P-A-R-T-Y, I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than with some spooky fun! Everyone dressed up in their Halloween attire, we decorated the house in spiderwebs and skeletons, and served mummy dogs, dirt cake, and spider eggs. We had a blast, and the birthday girl was thrilled!
Soooo….I have to tell you about the oh so delicious and super fun, spooky Halloween punch that I made! Everyone raved about the punch and it is so easy to make that I just have to share!
42 ounces of pineapple juice
2 liters of ginger ale
1/4 cup of lime juice
1 pint of lime sherbet
Plastic eye balls (I found them at Dollar Tree)
optional: green food coloring (I did not use this, but you could if you wanted the punch to look more green)
Combine pineapple juice, ginger ale, and lime juice in a punch bowl and stir. Next, add scoops of lime sherbet and mix slightly. Finally add your plastic eye balls, serve, and ENJOY!
If you make this bowl full of spooky, fun deliciousness, let me know how yours turns out! Also, check out this 4 ingredient cheese ball recipe that is a must for ANY party or get-together!
